With her exemplary 25 year career in customer relations and management for airline companies based in New York, and her exposure to world class cooking from her Master Chef father, Adrienne now uses her communication skills and her background to ensure total satisfaction for PCI's clients and chefs, who rely on her commitment to finding the perfect match between employer and employee.
For almost eight years, Ilene Shane delighted Ralph Lauren, his family and their high-profile guests as a private chef. With encouragement from Ralph, Ilene founded "SweetBliss by Ilene C. Shane", a gourmet Belgian chocolate company with partner Iris Libby. Before working for Lauren, Ilene owned her own catering company, specializing in eclectic cuisine for intimate dinner parties, fundraisers, gallery openings and cocktail parties and pleasing the palates of such celebrities as Pierce Brosnan, make-up artist Bobbi Brown, Charles Gwathmey, Audrey Hepburn, the late John F. Kennedy Jr., Annie Lebovitz, Paul and Linda McCartney, Shirley MacLaine, Doris Mortman, Joel Schumaker, Joel Silver and Barbara Walters. Now Ilene uses her personal experience of living and working in an employer's home to handle all matters pertaining to PCI's private chefs.

He worked throughout Europe for an elite clientele, followed by eight years as estate manager for a prominent New York family.
