Private chefs wanting to register with PCI

All chefs based in the USA or in non-European countries must submit their resumes to the Beverly Hills Office

All European-based chefs must submit their resumes to the London Office.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of eight years professional chef experience
  • USA work permit (green card), if interested in placement within U.S. (fluent English required)

Please Provide

  • An up-to-date resumé with current address and contact information.
  • Letters of recommendation from past employers
  • List of references with phone numbers
  • A half-page bio
  • Menu suggestions (Should reflect your range)
  • Any other information relating to your career (e.g. articles)
  • Photograph of yourself in chef's clothing. (5" X 7")
  • Food photos (optional)
